You would only warn/ban a player for spamming if it is a flood of messages. We do not ban for caps.

A warning should be placed if more than 5 messages are sent in a short time. Speaking one word in a message, rather than sending it all as one, is also spam.

Spamming the same letting or word over and over is not spam unless 15+ words or 30+ letters are sent.

Swearing is allowed on our servers, but excessive swearing isn’t. Excessive swearing would be 8+ swear words in a single message or several messages in succession with multiple swear words.

For spamming, please always verbally warn the player, before you issue a ban or warning.
